Textures for laser engraving
We develop grayscale bitmaps in common resolutions, as used in the engraving of embossing cylinders and for 5-axis laser systems, as an independent service. This also includes UV mapping and a trained eye for evaluating the results. Our common goal is to shorten our customers' development time and to provide advisory support with creative ideas.
Textures for additive manufacturing
In additive manufacturing, we apply textures to partial areas of surfaces directly into the production file in just one production step. Our customers manufacture in a wide variety of materials with common systems for stereolithography, sinter-laser melting, binder jetting processes, DLP, and polymer processing methods. Ideal for the realistic implementation of prototypes, we precisely combine color with textures.
